Weekly Photo Challenge: Curvaliciousness!

I’ve always seen the Weekly Photo Challenges and wished I had the eye for photography. They’d have simple topics, and I would see the other bloggers’ examples and think how beautiful and simple theirs is, and still I wouldn’t know where to start. And even if I saw something worthwhile, half the time I didn’t have my camera phone with me, or I’m in an awkward position.

Last weeks Photo Challenge however, was about Curves . . . and for the first time (ever!) I had the idea of what to take. Sure I could take a picture of our curvy roads (and that would be the extent of my imagination when it comes to photography). But last Friday, when the challenge was posted, I knew exactly what to do. I was going up to the University of Technology for a group meeting, and I thought of their sculpture park.

I know, I know . . . I should have taken pictures of all the statues to give you a view of the park but as always, I think of these things after the fact and while I’m writing about it.

Anywho, below is my submission to the Weekly Photo Challenge – Curves.

Sorry about the nudity :$

To me, the best curves, the sexiest curves, are on a woman’s body, and I’m not just saying that because I’m a woman . . . well, maybe, just at little bit :/

But this statue was the first and only thing that popped up in my head. And the fact that she’s doing a somersault emphasises a whole other set of curves.

What do you think? Did I pass?!
